Message: For over ten years I have been bringing high school outing club kids to Three Rivers and keep coming back because they offer superior attention to detail and hospitality. This year, Amber and River proved to be excellent guides that educated and cared for my group as we paddled the Dead River. Over the years that we have been coming we have had a few incidents that needed more attention than what is typical. Without hesitation or blinking, Three Rivers staff have certainly gone the extra mile to make sure that our experience was positive and encouraging.

Message: Went on a rafting trip with Three Rivers Whitewater on the Dead River in Central Maine and had an amazing time. The amenities on site are great. They have a restaurant and plenty of sleeping accommodations that are only a bus ride away from tons of whitewater fun. You have a feeling of safety with the guides because of their experience and knowledge of all the rivers you can raft. They make sure that you get all you can out of your trip while making safety a top priority.. On the day of your trip breakfast is provided and is then followed by a safety speech along with getting you geared up with the proper equipment; all of which is provided by Three Rivers Whitewater. After the briefing your party is loaded onto a bus and driven through beautiful central Maine to whichever river you have chosen to raft that day. Your choices are the Penobscot, Kennebec, and Dead River, all of which are a blast.. On the river your guide does much more that just get you down the river. They provide endless entertainment in the form of stories, fun facts about the river, and moments full of adrenaline you will never forget.. Post rafting you will be taken back to the lodging area and given the chance to change back into dry clothes. Then there will be a barbecue and time to look at a slideshow of photos from the trip. There will be a lot of laughs and it is a good way to wind down the day.. The guides on these trips are also the bus drivers, waiters, bartenders, and staff on the premises. They work hard to make sure everyone is having some serious fun. Please make sure you visit the Three Rivers and tell your friends to do so because I was saddened to learn that this is a dying industry. I definitely plan on making another trip hopefully this year, and cannot recommend enough to visit Three Rivers Whitewater the Home of Serious Fun.

Message: This was truly a magnificent river rafting experience, the staff in all areas of the experience were super nice and helpful and encouraging. They went out of their way to make sure you had a great wonderful time and had such a way with getting you to interact with the water and the raft so you can do anything like surfing the rapid, that was the coolest. It was also amazing how they made sure you got to fill every part of that river while getting your adrenaline rush and still feeling amazed at the scenery is incredible. I highly recommend everyone to use this company for their first or multiple rafting trips! The food is really good as well.!

Message: Three Rivers was amazing! We went as a group from Bates College as a "final trip" for the year, and they were incredible hosts. We arrived Friday night, and they prepared a great meal for us and karaoke. We then camped on their lawn area. The bathrooms are well-maintained and have showers as well. They prepared breakfast and lunch for us the next day as well. We rafted in about 8 different rafts down the Dead River, which was a fantastic opportunity! The guides/staff were fantastic and very kind, along with willing to answer questions while also giving an in-depth safety speech/demonstration. Overall, I would absolutely come back for more rafting!

Message: Very fun experience! I came with a big group and we camped for a night and then went whitewater rafting the following morning. The campsites and bathrooms are nice, and the food is good. Whitewater rafting was so much fun! Not near as scary as I thought it would be. The river and surrounding wilderness is stunning. The guides are very nice and really know what they are doing.
