Message: Two weeks ago I called to get a price on some new all season tires. A couple brands were suggested and one was of interest due to the high miles, but also at a reasonable cost. I purchased 4 new tires. They were installed today along with their checking the engine light for a diagnostic and found a thermostat would need to be replaced. The service tech (Alex) wrote up an estimate of costs and also costs for an alignment which I didn't need right away, but suggested maybe having a look at it in the spring. I appreciate their being mindful of costs. I also had a low beam light out and they worked with the auto parts department to determine a match with the existing bulb for replacement. Super professional, helpful, courteous! They reviewed all the paperwork and costs with me and reminded me to stop by after 25 miles to torque all the wheels.
