Message: Always a great place to get your car serviced. Breaks like a dream. Last 3 times it was serviced at another business, and the quality was lacking. Sullivan made an appointment within the week, finished the vehicle on time, and did a great job.

Message: Dave, the manager, is absolutely wonderful. His patience, thoroughness and willingness to share information are impeccable and I am grateful for him making an annoying experience actually a bearable one!

Message: Edit: Sullivan’s store manager fit me in and diagnosed my car and fixed the issue. Would recommend them for being true to their word and dedicated to finding the issue.. I’ve brought my vehicle to Sullivan tire several times and mostly without complaint. However, within the last year I have visited there store between three and five times, receiving various services and diagnostics results. Most recently, I have had a “mystery clunk” that nobody can seem to locate, including sullivans staff after two visits. I was advised Sullivan tire had a technician from further away who could come and look at my vehicle, that he “almost always” finds the things nobody else can find. So I scheduled my appointment for this specific technician to look at my car, dropped my car off (per Sullivans request, I preferred to wait with the vehicle) and went to work. I received a call mid day telling me that this technician had a scheduling error and that he actually wouldn’t be showing up to their store on that date. Being this is my only vehicle (which has been stressed to Sullivan tire) I had to pay for an Uber to get back to their facility and get my car. I then rescheduled this visit with this exact technician, again stressing that this is my only vehicle and I need to have it back for 3pm if I am to drop it off, so please make sure the technician knows this. I bring my car to the shop at 8am, and drop it off, and I am told the technician is definitely scheduled today, and they apologized for the mishap last time. After receiving no communication by noon, I was reaching out to Sullivan via phone to ask about my vehicle. The man states that the technician hasn’t showed up yet, but that I will be “all set” by 3pm. I pay for an Uber, show back up at their location just after 3:30 only to be told the technician still hasn’t showed up, and they have done nothing with my vehicle. All the man at the counter had to say was “sometimes this technicians schedule is funny”. If I’d have known this would be a complete waste of time, and money I would have never scheduled the first appointment, or the second. My vehicle sat on their property for over 16 hours and the scheduled diagnostic wasn’t even performed. This makes them not only unreliable, but negligent as well.. I would not recommend scheduling through their company any longer.

Message: Needed a tire in a hurry put my spare on for me in the intrim. Not one they had but they did their magic and was able to find the tire. Squeezed me in to get the tire put back on the car. Very much appreciated. I've been using Sullivan when I can for 13 years. Always fast, professional, honest, and decent price.

Message: So appreciative of them fitting me in and having my flat fixed within just a few hours after calling them that morning. Everyone there is so nice & courteous. We’ll definitely be taking our cars back there for service in the future!

Message: If I only could get my tires bagged, I would be so happy.. Also, the tire shine, they put on when I shifted tires is spectacular. Could be Dave's special secret recipe, but I include a picture so everyone can enjoy. Anyways, they have as always great customer service and a easy to access place.
