Message: The real gem of this place is Douglas Auto, which is actually a separate auto repair shop run on the same lot as RJB. My family and I have been getting all of our work done there for a few years now, and they've always offered reasonable prices, solid repairs, and quick turnaround. The only issue we've had is that their work is in such high demand that they're usually booked a few weeks out, even just for inspections! Still highly recommend.

He goes the extra mile to help in every way possible and I believe he's a huge reason that we drove away with 2 different 2015 Audis on the same day. We didn't think it would be possible to get both our dream vehicles from the same place, at the same time, AND within our budget but it's been a week since we drove away and I'm finally realizing that I actually am in reality and not dreaming. We scanned them for codes (previous ones but nothing recent or worrisome), put them up and checked everything, cleaned, clay-bared, graphene coated, and rained sealed them within the first few days and now these vehicles will keep us extremely happy for many many years. Message: Bought two cars here so far, my experience has been great, no BS. They try their hardest to get you a loan locally or out of state if you need it. The warranty they offer is worth it’s weight in gold. I bought two Audis from there and if I need it fixed, they schedule me in asap and kindly offer a loaner car if it’s available for me to use while they work on my Audi. They take car of getting ahold of the warranty company and so far my bill for the car has been fair for an Audi. My family has been buying their vehicles from here for a long time. They drive Subaru and if you want a clean used reliable car, this is the place to get it! Shout out to Beau & John!

Message: It's been years since I purchased a car and they made it easy! Jon was great helping with the financial aspects and finding a car within our budget. Shortly after our purchase we experienced a mechanical issue. The dealership helped clear it up quickly. When the same issue happened again they got the part ordered and did the repair at no cost to us. They also gave us a loaner car when they thought the repair might be time consuming. The inventory goes fast so if you see a car you want place a bid immediately even if you aren't sure of the financing. I will definitely do business with them again.
