I am thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism, expertise, and care I received. But what truly stood out was the commitment to excellence the entire building conveyed. Message: The treated my time and my vehicle as if they were important.. Key Ford did a great job with my car on its 100, 000 mile service. It needed some warranty work, some regular maintenance, and had one problem. All were fixed without excessive billing or hassle.. The only potential issue is that as a smaller dealership that is relatively new they don't seem to have as big a parts inventory, and here on the mid-coast in the summer, it can be difficult to get a delivery of ordered parts on time. Key Ford was good about this delay, and made sure I had my car back while we waited for the last part to come in. They even held off billing me until the part did come and I was able to get the car back and quickly finished.. Overall, a very good experience. For so much work done and not a single thing that wasn't done correctly, I can't ask more than that.

Message: Sales guy Evan was great, very friendly, easy to work with. Finance guy Mike conveniently “forgot” to add the sales tax to my monthly payment after convincing me to buy a warranty I didn’t want or need. Didn’t find out until signing the contract that my payments were 389 instead of the promised 362.. Other issues were minor, like having to immediately replace a shredded driver side wiper blade, but the car is great.
