Message: I spent $35k on a Mahindra and can’t use it because Mahindra does not have a replacement for a backhoe mounting pin that I lost. I am very upset with Mahindra, but Tripps Trading is doing all they can to find a replacement. Thank you Tripps.

Message: I walked into Tripps powersports as they actually had the tractor in stock that I was looking for, didn't have to wait 3 months for it to be built. I worked with Dennis throughout the whole process and he made it as simple and painless as possible. He took a deposit on the tractor and attachments until I got the loan paperwork set, and then kept in touch via e-mail as much as he could. We did run into a small snag with ordering but that was on the parts guy going on vacation and then coming down with COVID so the parts we were waiting for took a bit. Once those were in Dennis found out the parts guy actually didn't send out the right parts but was able to get the mid PTO attached and had to reorder the shift kit for my tractor. Instead of holding onto the tractor longer he delivered it along with the snowblower, bucket, forks, and backhoe and as soon as the parts come in they are coming out to install them on site. I could not ask for better customer service in this current day with how things go. Give them a chance, they may be a small shop with not a lot of people but they do try their hardest to make things right and get the product to the customer as timely as possible.
